What do you want?

Hi their,

The above question seems to be the most important question for anyone to ask himself. And though as simple as the question is, many still don't have a clue as to the response to the question . No wonder many go on in life with mediocrity.

Many times it is those things that we don't want that gets us down, we spend our time mulling over in our mind, and creating pictures of those things that we don't want, until finally at the end of our lives we are filled with regret, because we didn't pursue those dreams locked up deep inside us.

The number one difference between the successful and the unsuccessful is what they focus on.

The successful focuses always on those things they want, while the unsuccessful focuses on those things they don't want. That explains the reason why the former achieves a lot while the latter does not.

When we determine those things that we want and focus more consistently on it, their is higher chance that we would get it, and that does something to our self esteem. Finally, we have something that could keep us awake in the night and also keep us active during the day. We are no longer a part of the majority who are wondering though life with no clue as to where they are headed to, it makes us become responsible and take charge. it increases our motivation to get a lot of things done. It becomes our comfort at times when the chips are down, why? because as we focus on the prize, we barely even see the price we are paying to get it.

Just like an athlete, he  is focused on winning the gold medal, so he stakes his life in making that possible, undeterred by the obstacles in front of him.

So I challenge you today, to ask yourself once again, what exactly is it that I want?

Have a purpose filled day.
