HI their,
"Solomon:- To start being wise you must first get wisdom. No matter what it costs, get understanding."
The word understanding means, comprehension and being able to interpret a thing correctly. When you understand a thing, the mystery in it is removed. When we fail to understand how something works, it is left to us as a mystery but the moment, we get it or comprehend the mechanism involved in that particular thing, then we become experts in it and can do it anytime, any day.
It is just like a subject we have mastered. That applies to life also. One of my mentors often said, 'life is not mystical but practical'. Brian Tracy also said 'success is predictable likewise failure' .
Life is governed by principles, just like we have the law of gravity that governs the movement of objects on the earth. We also have some time- tested principles that governs success. When we go into understanding this principles and we comprehend them adequately and start applying them, then we are on the road to becoming successful also.
Like I always say, this is the best time to be alive, their are no longer any mystery shrouding how to become a great achiever. History is filled with great men and women who rose from obscurity to prominence. Men and women like Les Brown, Myles Munroe, Brian Tracy, Helen Keller, Mother Teresa, Tony Robbins, Ben Carson just to mention a few had the same unfortunate situations that most of us find ourselves today. Yet they are now at the top of their game. If they can, then you too can.
The only thing limiting you from reaching that greatness you desire is your ignorance. But once you grasp the mechanism involved in that particular thing, then your possibilities are endless.
Sir Isaac Newton once said "If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants."
Here is my final advice, no matter what it costs you, get understanding because it will save you enough time in reaching your goals quicker and smarter.
Have a refreshing weekend.
